The Diamondback

1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey (Rittenhouse)
3/4 ounce applejack (Laird’s)
3/4 ounce chartreuse

Stir well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.

  1. Oh yes!!! Chartreuse and Applejack, I never even thought of that combo! I typically add chartreuse to hot chocolate during the holiday season.
