ASK MR. ALPENGLOW

Q: Instead of exchanging gifts, my girlfriend and I splurge on good ingredients and wine and cook a fancy dinner together around the holidays. Can you help us brainstorm menu ideas? She doesn’t eat mammals or fowl, so it’s going to have to be from the sea. We want to make something that’s challenging.
